Fraud hotline created for Vietnamese clients of Sunlight Travel who lost money

The district attorney's "Sunlight Travel Fraud Hotline" provides information in English and Vietnamese to "folks who wish to report they were a victim of Sunlight Travel," said Christine Garcia-Sen, supervising deputy district attorney.
